It's time for a Why We Play Fundraiser

The Why We Play Subscription Service is a web-based newsletter and email subscription developed specifically for the parents of young athletes. The Why We Play Subscription fundraiser is designed to help sports clubs make money while helping families get more out of youth sports.

How does a Why We Play Fundraiser Work?

Why We Play will supply club administrators with everything they need to run a successful fundraising campaign. The Why We Play fundraiser package includes the following:

sample marketing and informational emails
marketing flyers for teams and players
subscriber sign-up sheets

We also request that you place a Why We Play logo link on your club’s website to simplify the fundraising activity. Subscribers simply write their name and email address on the subscriber forms. We pick up the forms and send complementary emails to the potential subscribers. These emails have a link to the registration page at whyweplay.com. All monetary transactions will be handled by check or credit card. The club receives a monthly report and a check for new subscribers.

How much is a Why We Play Subscription?

Why We Play charges $12.00 per year for a subscription.

Clubs receive $5.00 per paid subscription.

Club Bonus

If one of your club members signs up a member of another club and that club has a fundraiser, your club receives $ 1.00 for each member signed up during their fundraiser as well!
